New flooring and closet built into dormer. Will have a sliding 4’ Ben door when delivered.

Main section is done. Boards run the opposite way on the front section. Need one more roll of tape to finish the framing...

Repaired the rotted framing in the front section and put black rubber tape on to of the framing. Got started on the deck...

Repaired the rotted framing in the front section and put black rubber tape on to of the framing. Got started on the deck boards too.

Removed all the rotted framing and rebuilt like new. Still have to replace some in the front section.

A lot of rot to the left section of framing and some to the front section. Gotta reframe it before decking it with compo...

Tearing off all the wood decking and replacing with composite boards and hidden fasteners.

Made the front steps wider and new railings. Front porch almost finished.
