Another custom pool project moving into the next phase here in Boerne, Texas. 🏡✨

Last week we completed the gunite stage, and today our team is starting the installation of the frostproof glass tile and coping. One of the steps where the pool truly begins to come to life. 🏊‍♂️

Before tile is installed, we apply a plaster leveling coat to ensure the surface is smooth and perfectly even.

From there, we install our standard 6-inch waterline tile band, which helps protect the pool while also adding a clean, luxury finish to the design.

You can also see the RedGard waterproofing layer being applied along the waterline area. This creates an additional barrier that protects the structure before the tile is set in place. 🔧

Every step matters when building a high-end custom pool, and attention to detail during these stages ensures the finished product looks incredible and lasts for years to come.

Progress is underway on this custom luxury pool build in Fair Oaks Ranch right off Fair Oaks Parkway in Boerne, Texas. 🏡✨

Today we’re pouring the concrete decking for a 1,300 sq ft outdoor living space designed with segmented concrete pads and artificial turf inlays to create a clean diamond pattern layout around the pool. 🏊‍♂️

This design brings together symmetry, texture, and functionality — giving the homeowner a space that’s perfect for relaxing, entertaining guests, watching the game from the back porch TV, or hosting family gatherings. 📺🍹

The oversized spa sits as a centerpiece of the project, while the mirrored decking layout creates a balanced, high-end aesthetic that ties the entire backyard together. 🔥

Projects like this typically take 90–100 days from start to finish, and this one will soon be filled with water and ready to enjoy. 💧
