Another one knocked out at Tanger outlets in San Marcos! 👏

We removed the damaged asphalt, cleaned and prepared the area, made the necessary base repairs, and installed fresh hot mix asphalt for a clean, smooth finish.

Love seeing the transformation from start to finish. 💪🏼

Today I am SO proud of us! ❤️

My sister and I just knocked out an 8,500 sq. ft. asphalt job — patching, crack filling, cleaning, prep, edging, and seal coating — completely on our own for the first time! 🙌🏼

And when I say this job needed prep… I mean it. 😅 It was DIRTY. We spent around 4 HOURS just cleaning and getting the surface ready before we could even get to the seal coating.

On top of that, we were working through Texas heat advisories 🥵☀️. It was hot, exhausting, dirty work, but we kept going — and I truly feel like we knocked it out of the park.

The finished job looks fabulous, and I’m so proud looking back at what just the two of us accomplished. There’s something pretty special about finishing a job like this and being able to say, “Yep… WE did that.” ❤️

And I have to give a huge THANK YOU to my sister for jumping in there beside me, working her butt off, and helping me get it done. I absolutely could not have done it without you!
