Every other summer for the past 7 years we have stained/clear coated about 30% to 40% of all the exterior wood for Ms.Traci Cavender at her ranch.
This week, for the first time, we will begin what will be a 100% stain/clear coat coverage on all exterior wood on all structures at the ranch. Boathouse, casitas, garage, fencing, gates, you name it. Always excited to come out to the ranch for our bi - yearly coating project for Ms. Traci!

Here is a video walkthrough of our newly completed multipurpose facility for County Roads Rescue in Jacksonville! I want to thank all of our in house crews, subs and vendors for all their work on this project. Also a special thank you to Dava Cooley Cook and Laura C Perkins for giving us the opportunity to help update the new CRR property. This concludes the 3rd phase of what was a 3 phase project that we began in January this year!

Not only does Ribmasters in Whitehouse have the best ribs in East Texas but they also have great table top adds! 🤣
I always like coming to eat and seeing these adds we made from about 6 years ago. The photo on our add was from one of our first big interior projects on Lake Jacksonville. We cut our teeth on that one and put some serious hours into that wood floor to make it shine like that!

I am a firm believer in "good person economics". Always be honest and treat your customers house like your own, treat your subs and venders with respect, and your employees like family (which most are 🤣) and the work will find YOU!
As a small to mid-sized general contractor in East Texas downtime due to work stoppage or shoratges are common place and just part of being in the trades. Lone Star Home Restorations hasnt had more than a week of downtime due to work shortages in over 7 years!
