"No we will just build it ourselves." You hate to see things happen like this but why take this type of risk to a save a few thousand dollars on what will likely be your single the largest purchase in your life. If one of your family members was on the operating table needing open heart surgery and you had a choice between a Doctor who graduated from a top tiered college or someone that watched a YouTube video on "how to do open heart surgery. Which would you pick? Notice you made this decision without knowing what they charge because price is far from a concern when you talk about something as important as a loved one. Your home is pretty important too and don't make a mistake like this that could ultimately tie you down to a property that you can't sell because who is looking for a home that requires 4 wheel drive and launch ramp to enter the garage?
