Got this washed out driveway crowned and graded for proper drainage, installed some class b rock in the ditch to prevent Erosion and got some seed and straw out just in time to move to our next big project out of town.

Got this customers tree and erosion issues resolved in 3.5 days! We started out removing several Bradford pear & gum trees. Shot elevations and built a new swale hauling 35 loads of compatible clay to build a swale from top of the yard to the drainage ditch. Then we graded from that point down to the pond inlet which had eroded for years filling the pond with sediment. While we were they’re we replaced a old and under performing over flow with a larger double wall pipe to handle traffic and mange flow properly to save this pond dam. We cleaned the sediment out and installed 2 ditch crossings and added class b rip-rap to manage the water flow. We wrapped this project up by installing grass seed, straw matt, blowing straw and installing waddles to slow down and manage the water. Sorry for slacking on the posts! We wrapped up this large clearing and grading project for this local customer. We came in and met with them to see exactly what they wanted then we did just that. We came in cleared all the trees, burned all the debris on site, root raked in preparation for the grading portion of the project. We shot elevation and did cut/fill excavation to level this lot up for green houses to be built in the future for this family farm. Big job checked off at Keith Hills golf club. This project has been talked about for several months. Lots of meetings, planning and long term positive results went into this project. We cleared, all unwanted trees for a wide open area along with water diversion and multiple drainage swales to direct water where it’s supposed to go! We also cleaned out one of the main drainage ditches for the neighborhood while we were there. Definitely a fun project and we appreciate the repeat work! Will get better after pictures once the sods installed!
