A quick walk thru video of an on going project in Virginia Highlands.

The original house was built in 1929 with a couple of additions over the years. We pretty much gutted this house at the beginning, opened up the basement, first floor and master suite with a total of 8 steel beams, installed all new wiring and plumbing, added a bathroom to the second floor, extended 2 second floor bedrooms, enlarged the master bath and closet, installed a new double sided fireplace in the family room, changed out the stairwell to floating stairs, new pella windows, all new interior trim and Shaker style doors, completely remodeled all existing bathrooms, all new custom cabinets in kitchen, family room bar, basement bar, laundry room, and bathrooms, new dekton countertops throughout, new accent wall behind floating stairs that runs from the behind to the second floor, new exterior siding, new porceline roofing tiles, line wash exterior brick, all new gutters, and all new interior and exterior paint. The guys are working hard to get as much done as possible before the furniture arrives on Tuesday.
