Buffalo continues to build momentum. 🦬
Main Street Lofts is another great example of investment transforming our city, bringing 147 new affordable housing units and new energy to the Main Street corridor.

Main Street Lofts, a $50.6 million affordable housing project in the Midtown area, south of Canisius College is heading towards completion. The project includes 147 residential units in a five-story, 140 unit building along Main Street and one single level unit and seven two-story townhouses along Masten Avenue in the rear.

Developer MVAH acquired two City-owned properties at 1703 and 1707 Main Street in order to construct the project which also includes 1681-1689 Main. All were demolished including the former home of The New Pink.
