Buffalo continues to build momentum. 🦬

Main Street Lofts is another great example of investment transforming our city, bringing 147 new affordable housing units and new energy to the Main Street corridor.

Frey Electric is proud to be a part of this project ⚡ (via Buffalo Rising)

Main Street Lofts, a $50.6 million affordable housing project in the Midtown area, south of Canisius College is heading towards completion. The project includes 147 residential units in a five-story, 140 unit building along Main Street and one single level unit and seven two-story townhouses along Masten Avenue in the rear.

Developer MVAH acquired two City-owned properties at 1703 and 1707 Main Street in order to construct the project which also includes 1681-1689 Main. All were demolished including the former home of The New Pink.

The renovated lobby at a local food manufacturer’s headquarters is shining bright these days. These Cerno Capistrano ring light pendants were selected by our design–build partners at Scheid Architectural, PLLC, sourced locally and installed by Frey Electric Construction Co.
