Four years in a row! 🏆⛳

We're taking it back to August when Aaron, Jamie, Sean, and Eric earned another first-place finish at the Buffalo/WNY AIA Golf Tournament.

Events like these are about more than golf. They provide opportunities to strengthen relationships, share ideas, and connect with peers throughout the AEC industry. We're proud of our team both on and off the course!

Great projects are built by great teams, and taking time to celebrate that team is just as important.

This year, our annual staff appreciation event looked a little different. Following our all-office meeting and field day, our team boarded the Miss Buffalo Dinner Cruise to enjoy a beautiful late-summer evening, great food, and even better company. We're grateful for the people who make our firm what it is every day. Thank you to our incredible team for all that you do!

A beautiful evening, a great game, and a little Rochester tradition.

Earlier this month, our Buffalo and Rochester teams came together for a night at the Red Wings game. Between Plate Night, White Hots, views of the iconic Kodak Tower, and plenty of conversation, it was the perfect opportunity to enjoy everything that makes Rochester special.

Most importantly, it gave us a chance to spend time together outside of the office and strengthen the relationships that make our team so great.

A great firm starts with great people. We're excited to welcome Elijah Dunn, Scott Ranick, and Jess Renn as our newest full-time team members. We look forward to the ideas, collaboration, and energy they'll bring to our projects and our culture. Welcome to the team!

A safer, stronger, and more modern learning environment for North Collins students. ✨
Completed in the summer of 2025, the North Collins CSD 2022 Capital Improvement Project brought impactful upgrades across the district. These upgrades included enhanced safety features, infrastructure improvements, renovated learning spaces, and upgraded athletic facilities. We're proud to have partnered with the District to help create spaces that support students for years to come.
