Upstate Systems, Inc is proud to be attending the 11th Annual New York State Healthcare and Facilities Conference in Verona, NY October 18-20th. Tom Schaefer, Lydia Schaefer, Steven Sills, and Dan Porreca will all be attending and available to visit with.

We’re excited to connect with industry professionals, build new relationships, and showcase how Upstate Systems can support the needs of healthcare facilities and the people who keep them running.

Big Tent means Big Things!

TOMORROW is the start of our Customer Appreciation Days.

Stop by the Buffalo office starting at 11am - 2pm for free lunch, visiting with our vendors, giveaways and more!

We will be at our Rochester office on Wednesday the 12th and Syracuse office the Thursday the 13th for continued fun and celebrating all the success that YOU help us achieve!

First real sneak peak into our Freebies for this year's Customer Appreciation Days!

Don't forget that starting Tuesday August 11th we will kick off the festivities at our Buffalo office location starting at 11am until 2pm. We will have The Cheesy Chick food truck to provide free lunch to all, vendors to visit, prizes and more!

We will continue thr fun on Wednesday August 12th at our Rochester office with the Tacos El Poblanito food truck, vendors and more starting at 11am and wrapping up the fun around 2pm.

Thursday August 13th, you can find us at our Syracuse office serving up some Dinosaur BBQ, along with our vendors and more! The fun will begin at 11am and conclude around 2pm.

We hope to see most of you there to thank you for your business and continued support of us here at Upstate Systems, Inc.

As we celebrate the Fourth of July, our team will be taking time to enjoy the holiday with family and friends.

📅 Please note: Our office and warehouse will be closed Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day.

Today, we had the honor of presenting John from the PUNT Pediatric Cancer Collaborative with a $2,000 donation to help further their mission of supporting local families navigating the challenges of pediatric cancer.

Their work makes a meaningful difference for families in Western New York during some of life’s toughest moments and even after, and we’re grateful to play a small part in their continued impact.

Together, we can help bring hope, support, and strength to those who need it most!
