Rodriguez Construction Group is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to oversee our weekly payroll process and help ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll across our growing organization.

We’re looking for a payroll professional with 2–5 years of related experience who is ready to expand their expertise. Construction payroll experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience with certified payroll, prevailing wage, public works projects, union payroll, or multi-state payroll.

You’ll work closely with Finance, Human Resources, and Operations while gaining hands-on experience with payroll compliance, job costing, payroll taxes, year-end processing, system administration, and ERP implementation.

What an honor it was to celebrate culture and pride at the 24th Annual Puerto Rican & Hispanic Day Parade on Niagara Street this past Saturday!

Surrounded by community, music, tradition, and good neighbors, we were reminded of the unity that makes Western New York such a special place.

It was a great event on a beautiful day at the annual Puerto Rican Flag Raising Ceremony at Niagara Square alongside the Puerto Rican and Hispanic Day Parade of WNY Committee and community members.

We were there to celebrate our CEO, Luis Rodriguez Jr., being named the 2026 Grand Marshal of the Puerto Rican & Hispanic Day Parade. During the ceremony, Luis Rodriguez Sr. proudly accepted the Grand Marshal recognition on his behalf, marking a meaningful moment for the Rodriguez family and our entire team.

We look forward to continuing the celebration with our community at the Puerto Rican & Hispanic Day Parade on Saturday, August 15, at 12:00 PM. We hope to see you there!

Rodriguez Construction Group is hiring a Sitework Estimator to support our growing sitework division in Buffalo, New York.

This position will prepare quantity takeoffs and estimates for earthwork, underground utilities, pavement, foundations, site concrete and related construction scopes. The estimator will review plans and specifications, evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals, determine project costs and help RCG build competitive, complete bids.

We are seeking candidates with sitework estimating experience, strong plan reading skills and experience using construction management, takeoff, scheduling or estimating software. A minimum of two years of construction industry experience is preferred.
