After a few pleaseant transactions, things went sideways. "Missing" packages, then a replacement order of basically firewood. Then suckered me in again, and nothing. Lot's of promises broken, more lost packages, fake tracking etc. 2 months ago a refund was promised, after "an invoice got paid to him" and still nothing. Also if you do buy from him the ebony always looks nice and dark, but just wait until you clean them up. I always regrade my material after clean up. You will see tiered pricing on my ebony because of this. Mineral spots, brown streaks, cracks, flat sawn, knots. Never more than 20% is A grade.
