Fisher Concrete recently completed the 13,000 SF floor pour, marking another major milestone.

Shout-out to BCC Project Superintendent Anthony Buisch + Assistant Project Manager Tim Glaudemans, who are leading the charge for the Herd and continue to push the project forward. 🦬

🍎 Buffalo Public Schools Commissary

The exterior walls are nearly complete, just in time for Buffalo’s favorite season!

With the building envelope taking shape, our attention will now begin shifting to the interior. But what makes this project especially rewarding is the impact it will have beyond construction.

BCC is partnering with BPS, and our partners at Kideney Architects, to bring local students onto the project site, giving them firsthand exposure to the many career paths involved in a large-scale, customized construction project.

Developed by McGuire Development Co., this 61,000 SF, state-of-the-art facility will produce and distribute 27,000+ meals per day to students in the City of Buffalo.

🏙️ Project Update | The Broadway Market

The major transformation of Buffalo’s historic Broadway Market is moving forward, with plans focused on creating a more vibrant, functional market that can thrive well beyond its well-known Easter season.

The $45 million redevelopment will reimagine the space with a central “Main Street” vendor corridor, new production and flexible space, upgraded building systems, a new rear entrance and loading dock, and a reconfigured parking area.

The long-term vision is to strengthen the Broadway Market as a year-round destination for East Buffalo residents and visitors from across Western New York while preserving the character and history that have made it a tradition for generations.

Working alongside our project partners, Empire State Development, Broadway Market Management, Flynn Battaglia Architects, DPC, Hugh Boyd Architects, and Diamond Schmitt, BCC is proud to serve as Construction Manager for this significant investment in one of Buffalo’s most recognizable community institutions. 🦬✨
