What an incredible couple of days in the Northern Nevada desert! Our team was proud to participate in the Victory Loop event at Victory Logistics District and honored to serve as the headline sponsor of this unforgettable adventure hosted by Mark IV Capital.

Nothing like celebrating a precast party! Our Eastern Region team joined Saxum Real Estate and Penwood Real Estate Investment Management, LLC for a special panel signing at 7 Campus Drive in Parsippany, NJ, marking an exciting milestone for both the project and partnerships. The 128,150 SF warehouse facility is on track to be delivered in Q4 2026. Stay tuned for more updates!
