Post-construction cleaning isn’t one clean. It’s three carefully managed phases, followed by furniture placement and final project delivery.

ROUGH CLEAN: Remove debris, control dust, and clean top to bottom.
MEDIUM CLEAN: Detail-wipe surfaces, fixtures, panels, walls, and floors.
FINAL CLEAN: Complete the finishing clean to prepare industrial and commercial spaces for their Certificate of Occupancy (CO) process. Then we move in furniture and deliver a clean, move-in-ready space.
