💧 130 FT WATER SERVICE REPLACEMENT – LAKEWAY, TX 🔧

Another yard water-line replacement completed by Raymond Bros Plumbing LLC!

The existing 3/4” copper water line developed a leak underneath the landscaping, making a spot repair difficult and risking future issues.

Our crew:
🔹 Excavated approximately 130 feet through the property
🔹 Installed a new 1” PEX water service line from the meter to the home
🔹 Carefully worked around the existing landscaping, trees, rock and fencing
🔹 Connected, tested and verified the new line for proper operation and no leaks
🔹 Backfilled the excavation after testing

Another successful water-line reroute by Raymond Bros Plumbing LLC.

This home had a major cold-water leak underneath the slab. After extensive leak investigation and tracing the plumbing system, we located the cold-water header near the water heater and found a better solution than digging underneath the home.

Instead of tunneling, we:

🔧 Isolated the leaking underground line
💧 Located and accessed the existing cold-water header
🏠 Rerouted a new water supply up through the wall and across the ceiling
🔗 Reconnected into the existing plumbing system
✅ Pressure tested and verified the system was leak-free

🔧 Sanitary Line Repair – Buda, TX

This one turned into quite a job! What started with locating a sanitary line problem led us to multiple damaged sections underneath the concrete.

We cut and removed the concrete, excavated down to the sanitary system, and tunneled as needed to reach the additional breaks. Once everything was exposed, we removed the damaged piping and rebuilt the sanitary connections properly.

✅ Concrete cut & excavation
✅ Multiple broken sanitary fittings located
✅ Tunnel access to reach additional damage
✅ Damaged piping removed & replaced
✅ Proper bedding around new piping
✅ System tested after repairs
✅ Camera inspection to verify the remaining line

A long couple of days, but we don’t cover anything back up until we’re confident the system is repaired and flowing properly.

Our customer called us out for a clogged sewer line. After clearing the blockage, we performed a camera inspection and found a broken sanitary yard line.

We excavated the damaged area, removed all of the broken pipe, and installed new PVC piping. After the repair, we completed a final camera inspection to confirm the sanitary line is flowing properly from under the home all the way to the city connection.
