THE REVEAL: Teravista Pet Spa 🐾✨

When Teravista HOA challenged us to completely rethink their existing dog wash — we decided to transform it into a more elevated, functional, and thoughtfully designed pet spa experience for residents and their pets.

Every decision balanced aesthetics with real-world usability:
→ custom walk-in wash area
→ durable tiled surfaces for easier maintenance
→ improved drainage, lighting, and flow
→ warm spa-inspired finishes that feel more residential than commercial

The final result feels cleaner, calmer, more intentional, and genuinely enjoyable to use — while still being built for everyday community life.

This project focused heavily on thoughtful functionality:
→ improving flow and ease of use
→ creating a safer, more durable wet environment
→ making cleaning + maintenance easier for staff and residents
→ designing a more comfortable experience for pets and owners alike
→ elevating the space to feel more aligned with the quality of the surrounding amenity center

THE TERAVISTA RESTROOM REVEAL. 🔥

When Teravista Community Association brought us this project, the goal was clear: transform outdated, high-traffic amenity bathrooms into spaces that felt modern, elevated, durable, and worthy of the community they serve.

Every decision was intentional — from the marble-inspired tile and warm thyme-toned stalls to the matte black fixtures, updated lighting, and durable commercial materials built for everyday use. 

And seeing it all come to life is SO rewarding. 👏

What was once a purely functional space now feels brighter, more spacious, thoughtfully designed, and aligned with the quality of the Teravista community itself.

Before construction began on the Teravista Community Association club restrooms, we had to build out the vision in our Design Phase.

Pulling from key spaces in the larger community, we concepted elegant marble-inspired tile, warm thyme-toned stalls, matte black fixtures, seamless quartz surfaces, and durable commercial materials that could handle heavy daily use but would elevate and modernize the space without feeling overly commercial.

First, key elements are outlined on our design board. Then we often bring the space to life through conceptual AI renders (swipe left to see 🔥).

One thing we love about projects like this: helping clients visualize the transformation before demo even begins.
