Now that we can come up for air following Homearama, let us show you another recent completion in the same location, Kentbury Estates.

This one is sold, but can serve as another example of what is possible for you! This home was a 1.5 story with 5 bedrooms, 4-1/2 baths and over 4,300 finished sq ft.

We sold this home while it was under construction, so the homeowner was able to make some slight customizations such as finishing a basement gym area, continuing the hardwood floors in the second floor bedrooms, and prepping for a future outdoor kitchen.

Our whole team invested a lot of time into this one! Special shout out to Chris for getting this one wrapped up alongside homearama- he worked hard to pull it off.

We have another home starting construction now right next door, as well as other lots to choose from. It's a great time to explore Kentbury Estates... we'd love to help.

Did somebody say Tacos?! We have your Friday night dinner plans. Tonight from 6-8pm, you will find food truck set up on site at House #6!

They have the best korean fusion tacos! Food is available to purchase and grab & go whether you are attending the show or not!

Speaking of good eats... today we're highlighting the kitchen space! Thoughtfully designed, featuring built-in appliances, a custom hood with brass details, and ENVI quartz countertops... this is a kitchen built for entertaining.

Yesterday, we shared a video tour highlighting the floorplan for Bluegrass Charm. Today, we'd like to share the floorplan with you! This functional ranch layout has been popular with show visitors.

When you build with Key Homes, our small team works with you from the beginning stages. We design all of our plans in-house, work with you to layout out all of the specs, and plan the whole project on paper before putting a shovel in the ground. We can even help you to identify a lot.

This floorplan was designed to meet our homeowners needs & lot size. We have the ability to completely start from scratch on a floorplan, or work from one of our past floorplans and make changes to make it work for you.

Let's talk floorplans! More specifically... the floorplan for Bluegrass Charm! This has been such a popular layout amoungst show visitors. Tina really knocked it out of the park working alongside our homeowner to design this one.

This is a nice sized home, but it's not a huge home. The functionality of a layout is often more important than the square footage. This ranch home has a lot of functional and practical elements when you think about your day to day life.

If you're considering building, we can work alongside you to create a floorplan that meets your specific needs, lot, and budget. We can even take a floorplan like this one, and make changes to it in order to make it work for you.

For reference, this home is just shy of 2,800 sq ft above grade + about 1,100 finished in the basement.

Happy Sunday! What's better than a lazy Sunday at home? Well, hanging out with us of course.

Join us for Homearama show hours today from 1-6pm! Today we're highlighting the pantry space. A pantry can be a great space within a home to have some fun with the overall design.

We love the fun beverage cooler, the arched window, and the sheer amount of storage space. Also, it wouldn't be Bluegrass Charm without all of the touches of blue.
