Not every part of a renovation is the pretty part!

A fresh layer going down to give this floor a solid, even foundation before the finished flooring goes in. A lot of the work we do ends up getting covered up, but getting these steps right is what makes the finished project last.

A little progress shot from this build!

Vaulted wood ceilings, tons of natural light, huge windows and an open layout. This one was really starting to come together when we grabbed this photo.

Always fun seeing a project go from plans to an actual home.

When you hire a general contractor, you’re hiring someone to see the whole project through.

Roofing, siding, decks, exterior finishes and everything in between. One team overseeing the build from start to finish and making sure all the pieces come together.

That’s what we do at Ellis Contracting.

A little garage door update can make a big difference.

New doors are in, giving this home a cleaner, more finished look while adding function and curb appeal. Another project coming together one detail at a time.

Thinking about updates to your home? Now’s a great time to start planning your next project with Ellis Contracting.

The best thing about working around here? Bring Your Dog to Work Day is every day! 🐾

We take our jobs seriously, but luckily we have our four-legged overseers around to make sure everything stays on track.

They supervise the job sites, inspect the work, keep an eye on the crew and, of course, make sure break time happens right on schedule!

Before the siding, before the deck, before it became home. 🔨

A look back at the early stages of one of our recent new builds. Even at this point, you could already see the character of this home taking shape, from the dramatic roofline to the wall of windows that would eventually become one of its defining features.

There’s a lot that happens between framing and move-in day, and seeing a project come together from the ground up never gets old.

We’ll be sharing more from this build and the process that got it to the finish line.

After months of working day and night, this new build is officially ready to be called home!

From the initial design to the foundation, framing, roofing, windows, siding, deck, and all the details that brought it together, our crew had a hand in this project from the ground up.

There’s something pretty special about standing back at the end of a build like this and seeing months of hard work become someone’s new home. We’re proud of how this one came together and even more excited for the homeowners to finally move in and enjoy it.

Built from the ground up by Ellis Contracting. 🔨🏡

We’re still so happy with how the Fare Share Co-op project turned out. This one was such a crazy before and after, and it’s always exciting to look back on just how much a space can change.
