We’ve been a little quiet around here… 💅

Not anymore.

We’re kicking off a new series introducing the people behind Freedom West Industrial what we do, what we bring to the table, and what it really looks like being women in the trades.

Woman-owned. Woman-run. Welding, fabricating, and getting s**t done.

Meet the team. This is just the beginning.

We’re proud to see our Shop Manager, Shanna Sigerson, representing Freedom West Industrial at FABTECH!

Shanna will be joining an incredible group of industry leaders for “Building Tomorrow’s Workforce: How to Attract, Train, and Keep Next-Gen Employees.”

Building the next generation of skilled tradespeople is something we believe in every day at Freedom. Creating opportunities, developing people, and showing the next generation what’s possible in the trades is a big part of why we do what we do.

We’re excited to have Shanna bring the perspective of a working fabrication shop to this conversation and share what we’re learning along the way.

Are your recruiting and retention strategies keeping up with the workforce?

This multi-generational panel will explore how employers can rethink recruiting, training and workplace culture to attract and retain the next generation of manufacturing talent.

Wednesday got you feeling a little… limp?

Don’t worry. We’ve got you covered.

🌭 WE**IE WEDNESDAY 🌭

Once a month, the roller dogs are hot, the buns are ready, and the Freedom crew gets lunch on us.

Cause nothing gets you over the mid-week hump like a good we**ie.

What a weekend! Huge thank you to all of my sponsors for helping make weekends like this possible. We put a lot of hot laps on the old C10, going all the way to the finals in 2 classes and bringing home one win. The ice bath in the winner circle was a nice touch, but would’ve been better a few hours earlier!😂

None of this would be possible without the support of the amazing companies and people behind this program. Thank you for believing in what we’re building and helping keep this truck on the track. I truly appreciate every bit of the support, and I’m excited to keep chasing more wins together! 🏁🤙🏼

🤠 What a weekend!
We had an incredible time sponsoring one of the bull riders at the Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center kickoff party with the Arizona Ridge Riders—and to make it even better... he took home the win! 🥇🐂
Getting to be part of this amazing event, meeting so many great people, cheering on incredible riders, and bringing home this awesome belt buckle made for an unforgettable experience.
At FreedomWest Industrial, we're proud to support our local rodeo community and help shape the next generation of bull riders! 🤠🏆
We love being part of events that bring people together, celebrate hard work, and keep the western spirit alive. We can't wait to be back! 🤘

Our leadership team recently visited Disneyland and took a moment to celebrate the incredible women whose creativity, innovation, and leadership helped shape the magic Disney is known for today. Their stories are a reminder that when women lead, inspire, and create, amazing things happen! 💙✨
