HURRICANE HELENE RELIEF! This fundraiser is being put on by a good friend of ours, Matt Vanderhart, that runs Range 21:31 here in Buckeye, AZ. He also happens to be a 4th generation farmer. Him and other local farmers are donating hay to be sent over to affected areas to help people with animals that need feed. We just published some more informative content on our YouTube channel for your viewing pleasure. Lesson of the day:

Friends don't let friends get solar systems installed by dealerships/manufacturers!

These pictures are a great example of why and it's because this is the craftsmanship you can typically expect.

What you're looking at here is underneath the factory MC4 roof connection (typically the Jaboni or GoPower brand). This is what we usually find. Literally more than half of the strands cut off and what is not pictured is that they were connected with wire nuts which is just not good practice in this application.
