When you need some space for the family to come over, bring their kids but you also want to make sure you don't have too much to clean up a nice simple design is all you need.

This is a very elegant transformation. The palm trees in the middle really add a luxury feel to this outdoor living space. What do you think, do the palm trees look good?

This angle is what you would see if you looked out from your patio door at your backyard. This is much better than the view they used to have. Update your view & you'll be more likely to get outside and enjoy.

The grey pavers and the rock to match. The rock is called AZ Beige, but it looks more grey to me. As long as the customer is happy can call it whatever it wants. This yard has a nice turf area with a patio, overlay, extension and separate patio pad (where I am standing to take the photo).

These 2 homes are owned by the same person. He wanted to add something simple in the backyards (instead of dirt) so that his rental would stand out a bit more. Grass, rock and a planter were all that he needed to achieve this goal.

A different angle from the job that was posted yesterday. The travertine border that existed here was replaced with the new Mocha color to match. When we removed the grass we made sure to remove everything to minimize the risk of grass growing back through. This homeowner had a dog so a w**d barrier is NO GO! It will soak up the urine smell and come summer time it will be no good. Camofill and proper drainage is the way to go, also make sure to educate the home owner on maintenance. Artificial grass is low maintenance, not no maintenance.

Adding a putting green to your yard will bring more fun for any children you might have, or help you train that short game so you can bring down how many blow up holes you have on the course. Customized putting greens no matter the size bring a fun element to the outdoor living area.

Not all putting surfaces are made equal. We dabble in golf and this turf gets the closest to the real thing. That we have been able to find. Let us know what you think.

Project in Mesa looks amazing! Mocha Travertine from Durango Stone 84oz Turf & putting green from No Limit Turf all installed by yours truly. This home owner opted to go with a border against the house to give it the separation it needed but maximize on the space for the turf.
The travertine is also overlayed on an existing concrete patio. Keeps the cost down since we don't have to demo!
