This week’s spotlight is on Travis Fields, our Director of Operations!
Travis has been a valued part of our team since 2015. We are incredibly grateful for his dedication and leadership. Travis is very team-oriented, organized, detail-driven, and always willing to step in and help wherever needed. He leads by example, and his hard work plays a huge role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Travis wears many hats within the company. He plays a major role in our day-to-day success. As our lead estimator, he handles most of our project bids and helps bring new opportunities to the table. Once the projects are awarded, he works closely with our field crews to keep jobs organized. Keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes is a demanding responsibility, but Travis manages it with strong leadership and a positive attitude. His commitment does not go unnoticed, and we are so thankful to have him on our team.
Away from work, Travis enjoys grilling, spending time with family and friends at Lake Ouachita, camping, trail riding, and going to concerts with his wife. He is very family-oriented and enjoys making memories with the people he loves.
