A message from our TSPS 2021 President, Bill O'Hara: "Land Surveying is a recognized profession in the United States and this week is National Surveyors Week. The value of proper land surveying is also recognized globally today as Global Surveyors Day. So, to all the hard working professional land surveyors I wish you a Happy National Surveyors Week and Global Surveyors Day! And those of you in Central Texas where I practice, be aware of the snakes that are beginning to crawl out of their holes for warmth and food after a long winter. I had a close encounter with this western diamond back rattle snake (about 4-ft long) yesterday afternoon."
