Another one down. This client wanted a simple patio cover. Landscaping Ninjasdid some landscaping and poured the pad, we built the cover and Legacy Electric & HVACwill be running some electrical for a ceiling fan. More to come on a garage remodel we are wrapping up so stay tuned.

Let me start by stating, none of this is my work. However, this is what bad planning, project managing, and workmanship looks like. Please don’t hire this type of contractor. Even if this was the clients idea, sometimes you have to tell the client no I can’t do that, see the toilet picture.
