☀️ Rental property is often abused and property managers already know that damage is a given in their line of business. This condo was no different as something pink and goopy had been wiped on multiple walls throughout the home. But stains are no obstacle for me!

Through a series of procedures the pink monsters have been sealed away and will not seep through the new paint, “Sky” in satin finish, by Sherwin Williams.

We have been painting our way through an upscale condo with a contrasting pallet of blacks and whites. The drama is bold, but classically chic with oversized windows offering floods of sunshine to lighten the mood in every space.

⭐️ ABOUT THIS JOB

• First, I sand the existing paint with a fine grade sandpaper.

• Next, I fill any holes and apply a smooth layer of mud on any uneven sections along the walls.

• Then, I sand the walls a second time with an extremely fine grade sandpaper to ensure every area is even and without blemish, then wipe the dust away before applying primer.

• Usually I just apply primer to the areas that have mud, but just for good measure I have decided to paint all the walls in this bathroom with primer before painting in order to prevent any old moisture stains from seeping through.

• Last, paint will be applied for a smooth finish that’s sure to be radiant for years to come because the foundation was properly prepped. 👍
