Table-to-Farm... starting an aquaponics greenhouse with Tao Yuan restaurant

It started with the restaurant, and the farm came later. When Cara and Cecile Stadler opened Tao Yuan in 2012, the property included an empty lot next door-- but from the beginning, they saw this as the future home of their farm-to-table aquaponics greenhouse. Now it’s 2018 and we’re finishing up construction, planning production, and getting ready to start growing.
