Some say it's impossible to deliver a construction project on time, on budget, and without compromising quality. 540 Centre Street in Bath, Maine proves otherwise.

We're proud to share that the Certificate of Occupancy was received yesterday for these 24 new one-bedroom apartments, marking the successful completion of another quality project.

Thank you to our client, Bath Housing , our design partner, Ryan Senatore Architecture , and all of our subcontractors and suppliers for their hard work and collaboration.
