Weird but Cool Equipment Wednesday: Meet the Barko 930B.
Built by Barko Hydraulics out of Superior, Wisconsin, this tracked carrier is purpose-built to swing a mulching head through brush and timber all day without slowing down. This one runs a Prinoth mulching head on the boom. The drum full of carbide teeth that does the actual chewing, so the Barko brings the horsepower and reach, and Prinoth brings the bite. Together they turn an overgrown right-of-way into a cleared line in a fraction of the time a hand crew would need. It's not flashy, it's just built to run.
What should we feature next on weird equipment Wednesday?
