Shop Maintenance Position:

If you enjoy working with your hands and learning new things, we want to talk with you! This position offers professional growth & opportunity for advancement. Starting pay is $22 per hour.

SUMMARY:

The Shop maintenance person will work closely with the Shop Manager to keep a well-organized and clean shop, as well as tracking tools and inventory of consumables. This person will work with the Shop Manager for all routine maintenance and repairs of Cornerstone equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Will possess strong mechanical skills and be able to troubleshoot and correct mechanical problems.
• Hold a current, valid driver’s license.
• Posses strong organizational skills and be detail orientated.
• Is self-motivated and works well with others.
• Ability to perform mechanical work to a very high standard.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

DUTIES:

• Will keep a clean and well-organized shop. All tools will have a designated storage area and need to be kept in those areas, making it easier to find and keep inventory of tools.
• Will work with the Shop Manager and machine operators to perform routine maintenance on all machinery.
• Keep accurate records of all machinery. A work order must be filled out for each machine that is in the shop, for both repairs and maintenance.

WORK SCHEDULE:

This is a Full-time position from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

COMPENSATION:

The starting pay rate is $22 per hour.

Our flight department is looking for an energetic, motivated, professional PIC and/or SIC with a proven track record to join our team.
* Aircraft operations include both Part 91 and Part 135, business & personal travel.
*Preferred candidate is current in Citation 560XL aircraft and recent 135 experience.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
* FAA first class medical
* Airline transport pilot certificate
* 3000 hours total flight time.
* 1500 hours pilot in command time
* Initial or recurrent training in type within the last 24 months is preferred.

JOB DUTIES
• Safe operation of the aircraft.
• Planning and operation of the aircraft in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
• Reviewing maintenance status of the aircraft and ensuring airworthiness prior to each flight.
• Coordination with maintenance team for any issues to ensure appropriate level of safety prior to
departure.
• Ensuring appropriate pre-flight inspections are performed and proper documents in place for the
trip.
• Ensuring all post trip paperwork and documentation is completed in accordance with company
procedures.
• Projects that may also be assigned as needed in support of the operation.
