These are a few examples from inspections this week of not so good water management. Water is the root of all evil when it comes to your home’s foundation. I had mentioned to a customer that had some settlement needing repaired on a corner of her house to go check downspout function next time it rained and so she did and sent me this (video in comments)

When your wife tracks you like the government 🕵️‍♀️when out running foundation inspections. It finally paid off near “Big bass lane”. I told her I’m always near big bass lane it’s just a state of mind as a fisherman!!!🎣🎣

This is a job we recently finished up. We installed a section of waterproofing pipe with weep holes to help with water management along with a new sump pit. We also installed 4 carbon fiber straps to permanently stabilize the damaged basement wall
