Nothing says summer like a cold glass of lemonade. And if lemonade could bloom, I think it would look something like this. ☀️🍋🌼

Light, cheerful, and refreshing, with soft hydrangeas, sunny daisies, delicate chamomile, and pops of blue dancing throughout.

Every stem was harvested here at Little Foot Flower Farm and thoughtfully arranged to capture the feeling of a warm summer evening, a gentle breeze, and all the simple joys this season brings. 💐

No trending audio, just the sounds of spring around here 🤍

Birds singing, kids playing, cars passing by, and flowers growing.

This season of life looks a lot like juggling motherhood and flower farming—babies in the garden, planting when I can, harvesting during nap time, and finding joy in the little moments in between.

These ranunculus started as tiny corms planted in the garden at 38 weeks pregnant. Since then they’ve been watered, protected with shade cloth, watched over daily, harvested at just the right stage, and finally gathered into bouquets for the petal cart.

It’s easy to look at a bouquet and see only the finished product. But every stem has a story behind it.

And this spring, their story has become part of ours too. 🤍🌸

I think I understand why my first ranunculus post became the most-loved post on this page 🌸

Just look at them.

The colors, the texture, the ruffles, the endless layers of petals… they’re the kind of flower that makes you stop and stare for a minute.

This week’s harvest is absolutely stunning, and I have just two of these beautiful bouquets remaining for pickup 💐 🤍

The ranunculus are officially popping, the garden is waking up in full color, and it’s shaping up to be a beautiful weekend at the petal cart 🤍

Fresh bouquets will be available tomorrow featuring these ruffly spring favorites — harvested just as they’re beginning to unfurl so you can enjoy every stage once they’re home in your vase.

Coffee in hand, flowers blooming, it’s definitely feeling like spring around here ☕🌿

If you’ve never had locally grown ranunculus before, prepare to fall in love 💕

Unlike imported flowers, these are harvested fresh and continue opening beautifully in the vase for days. Every stem looks like a tiny rose made of tissue paper.

This spring I’ll be offering:
🌸 dozen stem grower bunches
🌸 petite posy jars with fragrant garden accents

• The peony is the official state flower of Indiana 🤍
• The winner of the Indy 500 drinks ice cold Indiana milk in victory lane 🥛
• The iconic winner’s wreath contains 33 blooms — one for each driver in the race 🌿
• Winners kiss the famous Yard of Bricks at the finish line
• “Back Home Again in Indiana” before the race still gives Hoosiers chills every year 🎶
• And somehow, peony season arriving right alongside The Month of May just feels perfectly Indiana 🌸

A few little teacher appreciation bouquets heading out for the last day of school 🤍
