The Manuel Commercial team enjoyed an after-work gathering at Parish Brewing, including a private behind-the-scenes tour of the brewery! 🍻

It was a great opportunity to spend some time together outside of the office and get an up-close look at the brewing process.

We’re also excited to share the progress happening right next door, where our team is currently working on Parish Brewing’s new facility. It’s always rewarding to see a project taking shape—especially while getting to spend some time with the people behind the business.

A big thank you to Parish Brewing for the hospitality and the tour. We had a great time!

🏗️ Progress is taking shape at South City Park in Opelousas!

Our team is currently erecting the PEMB for the new facility. We’re preparing the building to receive its insulated exterior wall panels and move into the next phase of construction.

This new facility is designed to create a positive environment where athletics, education, and community come together. Once complete, it will feature basketball and volleyball courts capable of hosting regional sporting events, and space for business and community functions.

We’re proud to be part of the continued improvements at South City Park and excited to see this facility taking shape for the Opelousas community.

We're excited to celebrate the successful completion of Phase I of the renovation and expansion of Our Savior's Church – Lafayette!

Designed by A. Beazley Architecture, this 22,638-square-foot expansion enhances the church's ability to serve its growing congregation while complementing the existing 33,068-square-foot facility.

This investment creates additional spaces where people can gather, grow, and build community for years to come.

And we're not finished yet! Phase II is already underway, bringing another exciting addition to the campus with the construction of a new balcony that will further increase seating capacity and enhance the worship experience.

A sincere thank you to Our Savior's Church, A. Beazley Architecture, our trade partners, and everyone who helped bring this vision to life. We're honored to be part of a project that will continue serving the Acadiana community for generations.

Progress at Our Savior's Church — E. Broussard campus, in Lafayette, LA 🏗️

We've moved into the next phase of construction — adding balconies that will seat an additional 748 people. What makes this phase especially rewarding is that the work is being carefully integrated while the campus remains fully operational. A protective wall keeps the main auditorium sealed off from the construction, so services and daily life continue undisturbed.

It takes careful planning and coordination to build at this scale around an active space, and the team is doing it well. More updates to come as the steel goes up.

👷‍♀️👠 Yesterday, our fearless leader, Missy Manuel, had the opportunity to join an incredible panel of accomplished women in construction and business to share insights, experiences, and advice with a room full of women pursuing careers in our industry. 👷‍♀️👠

The construction industry continues to evolve because of strong leaders who are willing to share their knowledge, encourage others, and help pave the way for the next generation. We are proud to see Missy representing Manuel Commercial and contributing to a conversation focused on leadership, growth, and opportunity.

Thank you to the organizers, panelists, and attendees for making the event such a success. It was inspiring to see so many talented women gathered together, learning from one another and helping shape the future of construction.

Manuel Commercial is beyond honored to be building the brand-new 22,500 sq. ft. production facility for Parish Brewing Company.
