We hope you’ve been out and about enjoying this beautiful weather around Mon Jardin lately. 🌿☀️

A walk through the neighborhood, a little time by the water, or just an excuse to linger outside a little longer… we’ll gladly take every one of these perfect fall days Acadiana gives us.

That little taste of fall is feeling pretty nice around Mon Jardin. 🌿🍂

After all those 90-degree days, we’re happy to see temps easing up a bit.

Here’s hoping for more evening walks, golf cart rides, and neighbors out enjoying this beautiful Broussard weather. 🙌

Progress update from Rue de Rochelle 🌿🏡

Rusty and Bijou stopped by to check on this beautiful Mon Jardin home, and it’s coming together more and more each time we see it. This one is headed for Parade of Homes and expected to be ready this spring, so keep your eyes peeled for the final product.

Friendly reminder, neighbors 🌿📚

With the school year getting started, we’ll likely see a little more traffic in the mornings and afternoons. 🚌🚙

Please be mindful, drive carefully, and be courteous to one another as everyone settles back into the routine. Wishing all of our Mon Jardin families a great start to the school year!

Love seeing the Rue de Monceau spec home continue to come together here in Mon Jardin. 🌿🏡

A few more interior details are taking shape, that back porch wood ceiling is looking beautiful, and Bijou clearly had to stop by for quality control. 🐾🔍

That Louisiana July heat is always right on schedule. ☀️🥵

After the Fourth, a Mon Jardin pool day sounds like the only reasonable plan. Stay cool, enjoy the neighborhood, and make the most of those summer afternoons.
