One year ago, we opened in LA! To celebrate, our team hit the beach, and then toasted with some of our amazing partners and homeowners 🍻

Cheers to:
🔧 50+ heat pumps installed
📍 45+ neighborhoods reached
💰 $150K+ in rebates
🫱🏻‍🫲🏾 5,000 conversations with homeowners
🚀 and a growing internal team that went from 2 to 5 full-time electrification champions!

Our endless thank yous to everyone who helped bring us here, and here’s to more years fighting for our climate (:

LA homeowners: did you know that LADWP is distributing up to $2,500 per ton for new heating and cooling?

Here’s a tour of Cindy and Luca’s 🐾 home, which has the ultimate power couple: solar panels and a heat pump system. Using a LADWP rebate, they received a 30% discount on their new heating and cooling.

Meet Josie, a long-time LA resident who was kind enough to let us film her home while she talked about her experience working with us! Josie used to cool her home with a swamp cooler, which she chose for its eco-friendliness. But after it reached the end of its use, we helped her design and install a whole new system. ❄️

Between our upcoming brewery hangs in Colorado, and our exciting 50-heat pump milestone in SoCal, this week has been super exciting for our Herd! Special shoutout to our small but mighty LA team, who’s worked in over 45 neighborhoods to make more climate-resilient homes 💚

Come with us to see the process of installing a heat pump at a home here in LA!

This system is a major upgrade for this homeowner who was previously relying on old window AC units that weren’t keeping the home cool. And now, they’ll get the added bonus of heating during those handful of chilly nights in the winter.

(Not pictured: me stopping by Creature’s Coffee & Plants after. I may or may not be holding catnip for my cat Hamster)
