Hey all.
I have had the stomach flu for this past week
(Worse thing ever) and have not been able to work so unfortunately tonight’s Delaware County Real Estate Investor Meetup is cancelled.

Next one however we are coming back with a bang. We have Marples own, my childhood friend and fellow GC/ investor/flipper/developer Aris Deg coming to give us his story of how he started, what he does to maintain even in changing times and give us some tips of things to do/not do.

As I said Aris a local Marple guy (my Marple ppl better show up) who lead Gap international’s Executive Mastery Course for years where he engaged executives into meaningful dialogues that ended up making millions for those companies.

He then took his talent and drive and became a force in the real estate investor world doing everything from finding investors, project managing and putting his own elbow grease in to get it done.
Fun fact:
He is actually working on a property down the street from the Squire in Broomall (behind Lawrence Park) I am obsessed with! Hopefully he will share the address with you guys on Wednesday night and you can drive by and see.
Come out next Wednesday the 22nd at 6pm at the Country Squire to hear Aris and lets make moves and money together in 2023.
