We created these custom built-ins on opposite walls to bring balance to the room, with clean lines, smart storage, and a finish that feels right at home.

With concealed cabinetry, open shelving for display, and a generous countertop, each side is designed for everyday use without feeling crowded. Paired with a dedicated desk area, it offers a seamless spot to stay organized and work comfortably.

A place for everything, without sacrificing style.

This laundry room was designed to do a lot more than just laundry. 🧺

From the collapsible drying racks to the wall-mounted storage that keeps everything tucked away, every detail has a purpose. There’s plenty of counter space for folding, a dedicated hanging area, and an incredible amount of cabinetry to keep things organized. ✨

And just beyond—built-in cubbies give each kid a spot for backpacks, shoes, and the daily shuffle. 🎒👟 A beautiful space that works hard and keeps life moving.

🤩 Laundry Room Transformation 🤩

This laundry room went from awkward and underused to completely custom, efficient, and gorgeous!

We removed the enclosed closet to gain space and built a hidden drop-down ironing board into the back wall of the old closet.

The former desk wall now houses a refrigerator with custom cabinetry, a tall pantry cabinet, and a modern-height counter with added storage and a floating shelf.

The opposite wall — once home to a side-by-side washer and dryer with basic cabinets — was fully redesigned with a stacked washer and dryer, retractable drying racks, vertical storage, and a utility sink surrounded by a generous amount of custom cabinetry.

Laundry might not be glamorous — but this room now feels every bit as thoughtful and refined as the rest of the remodel.

Dining Room Transformation Before + After ✨

This dining room transformation was about opening things up and making the space work harder. By removing the walls that once enclosed the dining room from the entryway, the home now feels brighter, more connected, and far more welcoming from the moment you walk in.

Shifting the doorway allowed us to add custom built-in cabinetry and counter space, turning what used to be circulation space into something functional and intentional. The wider view really shows how seamlessly the dining room now flows into the rest of the home.

A great example of how small structural changes can make a big impact.

Kitchen Transformation | Part Five ✨

This phase really brought the whole space together. We removed the L-shaped section of the counter so the kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, making the entire area feel open and connected. A previously blank wall was transformed into functional storage cabinetry, adding purpose where there was none.

We also replaced a small, underused counter area with a full appliance and storage wall—dramatically increasing storage while keeping everything clean and streamlined. The result is a kitchen that not only looks better, but works better from every angle.

Sometimes the biggest transformations come from letting go of what isn’t working.

Kitchen Transformation | Part Four ✨

The island got a serious upgrade in this phase. We enlarged it overall, moved the sink here to make it the true workhorse of the kitchen, and added tons of drawer storage so everything has a place. The hidden trash drawer keeps things clean and easy, and the dishwasher was streamlined to blend in—no oversized handle breaking up the look.

More function, more storage, and an island that finally works as hard as it looks.

Kitchen Transformation | Part Three ✨

This phase was all about rethinking the layout. We moved the refrigerator to a new location, shifted the rangetop to the window wall, and eliminated the L-shaped counter that boxed in the kitchen. Opening that up created a clear sightline and an easy walk straight into the living room.

We also added cabinet panels to the refrigerator and dishwasher so everything blends in seamlessly instead of competing for attention.

Better flow, better views, and a kitchen that feels open and inviting.

Transformation Tuesday | Part Three ✨

This kitchen update was all about working smarter with the space. We ditched the tiny, awkward counter area and replaced it with a full appliance and storage wall that actually pulls its weight. More storage, better flow, and a kitchen that feels organized instead of cramped.

Part one showed the big-picture changes—this one’s all about the details that make everyday living easier.

Kitchen Transformation | Part One ✨

This kitchen remodel started with opening things up. We relocated the island to improve flow between the kitchen and living room, and removed the wall that was cutting into the space on the right. The result feels lighter, more connected, and way easier to move through.

Part two dives into the storage and appliance wall that really made the space work.

This living room got a major refresh by simplifying the layout and creating a clean, built-in entertainment wall that feels calm, balanced, and intentional. Swapping heavy elements for lighter finishes, adding integrated storage, and centering everything around the fireplace made the space feel instantly more open—and way more livable.

Proof that a little streamlining can make a room feel completely new. 😍
