A Thoughtful Letter of Support for the Right to Home Inspection

We wanted to share this letter from the President of Radalink, a respected radon monitoring and testing company. It’s encouraging to see industry leaders recognize how important the Right to Home Inspection (RTHI) bill is for New York homebuyers.
We want to express our greatest gratitude to Radalink for their support!

Their message is simple:
Independent inspections help protect families, and buyers deserve clear access to them.

Support like this means a lot — and it helps show lawmakers that this bill isn’t just an inspector issue. It’s a consumer‑protection issue.

If you believe buyers should have the chance to make informed decisions, please consider sharing this post or reaching out to your representatives to express your support for RTHI.

Every voice helps move this forward.

So, you did not get a Home Inspection because you were told to waive it and after the sale you found undisclosed issues in your home. If you want to share your story go to NYRTHI.org. We want to hear your story to help others and pass the Right to Home Inspection Bill S8729A. Protect New York Home Buyers.
