About the role:
As a Design Specialist, you’ll meet with homeowners, conduct in-home inspections, identify foundation and concrete repair needs, and recommend customized solutions. You’ll build trust with customers, create detailed proposals, negotiate and close deals, and help homeowners make informed decisions about protecting their homes.
What we’re looking for:
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
✔ Coachable and eager to learn
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
✔ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
✔ Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
✔ Willingness to enter crawl spaces as needed
✔ Comfortable transitioning to a 100% commission-based salary after training
Selected candidates will participate in our 5-week sales training program beginning October 26, 2026. Training will be based out of our Sanford office, with selected candidates expected to attend in person for 3 of the 5 weeks.
