Job Title: Fabrication Shop Foreman

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

We have a great opportunity on the west side of Houston for a leader who enjoys creating beautiful products and working with their hands. Our company is an industry leader in fabricating decorative, concrete products. We are known for quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service.
We are growing fast and we need a shop foreman who will grow with us! Work for our family-owned business where you can make a difference.

As Fabrication Shop Foreman, you’ll oversee daily operations in the shop, ensuring projects are completed on time, to spec, and in a safe working environment. You’ll serve as a hands-on team leader, supervising production, coordinating workflow, and ensuring quality control across all phases of fabrication.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of construction experience
• Proficient with hand tools and general shop equipment
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Comfortable working in an open shop
• Must be a team player
• Must speak and read English

Carpentry skills and/or mold-making skills a plus!
