NOW HIRING: Experienced Asphalt Roller Operator

A to Z Paving Company, LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to join our growing team.

Qualifications

* Minimum of 2 years of experience operating an asphalt roller.
* Experience rolling asphalt for commercial and residential paving projects.
* Ability to work efficiently with the paving crew to produce a smooth, high-quality finished product.
* Must have a valid driver’s license.
* Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
* Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor when needed.

Responsibilities

* Operate asphalt roller safely and efficiently.
* Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections.
* Maintain proper rolling patterns, compaction, and finish quality.
* Communicate effectively with the paving foreman and crew.
* Assist with general paving duties as needed.
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
