🏙️ Upper West Side Landmark Flat Roof Restoration Completed 🏙️

Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp. recently completed a professional flat roof restoration and waterproofing project on a landmark residential property on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York.

Our team began by thoroughly cleaning and preparing the entire roof surface to ensure proper adhesion and long-term performance. All roof penetrations, seams, flashing details, and perimeter edges were then reinforced and sealed using premium Karnaflex flashing paste to eliminate potential leak points and strengthen the existing roofing system.

To provide superior waterproofing protection, we applied one full coat of GACO 100% Liquid Silicone Roof Coating, creating a seamless, UV-resistant, and highly reflective membrane designed to extend the life of the roof and protect it from harsh New York weather conditions.

As part of the project, targeted rear chimney pointing repairs were also completed by removing deteriorated mortar joints and installing new masonry mortar to help prevent future water infiltration and preserve the chimney structure.

🏗️ Front Entrance Masonry Restoration & Waterproofing Completed in Brooklyn, NY 🔥

Another successful exterior restoration project completed by Hi-Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp. Our team performed targeted masonry repairs and waterproofing improvements to restore the appearance, durability, and weather protection of this property’s front entrance and garage façade.

Scope of work included targeted grinding and repointing of deteriorated mortar joints, replacement of failed caulking beneath the front steps and porch, stucco and cement repairs using waterproof masonry materials, and the application of two coats of Thorocoat waterproofing coating. We also applied a clear breathable brick sealer to the front steps and step walls for added moisture protection.

Additionally, the front entrance landing area was restored by removing loose and deteriorated concrete and finishing the surface with two coats of Benjamin Moore Epoxy Waterproofing Paint for a clean, durable, and long-lasting finish.
