Lots of progress at our latest project. Just finished installing some beautiful Sanford Hills windows, and Onyx Black shingles on the roof thanks to Northeast Builders Roofing. Finally, we installed one last beam that will support one of the coolest finishing features that we can’t wait to share down the road. Oh yeah, and that 30’ chimney chase that really adds some character to the build.

Now that spring has sprung we were able to have the topsoil spread at our newly finished project. Can’t wait to see that lawn pop!

Having a great crane operator makes quick work of setting trusses. Got a good chunk of the second floor joists set today too. Hopefully at least half a day of nice weather tomorrow! 🤞

Trusses ready to fly. 224’ of staging planks ready to go and lots of fingers being crossed we don’t get as big of a storm as they’re saying. We’re getting tired of inside shoveling. 😆

We had a very special guest on site today. Our client’s young son got to put some sweat equity into his new house. Maybe he’ll be a full time member of the crew in a few years!!
