Torre Andeza

25 levels and rising.

With 15 stories still to go before topping out, Torre Andeza’s distinctive silhouette is already redefining the skyline and revealing the character of what will become one of the city’s most recognizable towers.

The curtain wall has reached the 14th level, while interior partitions are now underway on the lower floors — marking the transition from structure to architecture, and from vision to reality.

A new landmark continues to take shape.

2100 North Bayshore Drive is a new mixed-use development located in Edgewater, Miami. The project’s objective was to maximize direct, unobstructed ocean views for both hotel and residential units.

By rotating the main façade 40 degrees to the southeast, the design introduces a distinctive triangular form that defines the tower’s identity while reducing its perceived bulk within the surrounding context—creating a greater sense of openness.

To rethink the typical arrival experience—often dominated by parking podiums—we designed a public plaza at the intersection of two converging streets. This gesture opens the building toward the ocean, connects it to the public realm, and brings the tower down to a more human, local scale.

The tower’s unique geometry transforms its appearance from every angle, offering a dynamic experience as it is approached and discovered.

The program includes hotel and residential components, totaling 540 units across more than 650,000 square feet and rising 50 stories.
