Construction is moving right along at Impact Church! Our CDI Steel crew is currently hard at work erecting the steel structure as this project continues to take shape.

September at CREID is all about storage.

Two events, and you're welcome at both.

Thursday, September 10 is our monthly meeting at the Sunshine Event Center, and we've put together a panel of storage owners and investors. Jonah Hall of JOURNEY.STORAGE. Trent Overhue of Affordable Family Storage and Northern States Investments. Wes Litton of The Litton & Co. Real Estate Advisors. And Tim Hadley, who owns two facilities outright and is an Accredited Land Consultant out of Kansas City. Four people who actually own and operate this stuff, talking about how they got in and what they look for now.

Then Thursday, September 24 is the Self-Storage Mixer at 4by4 Brewing, Fremont Hills location, 6 to 9 PM. Free to attend.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who made this year’s Gold Buckle Gala at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds such a success!

A special thank you to Central Gas & Propane for purchasing our donated pre-engineered steel building during the live auction. Your generosity, along with the support of everyone who attended, is making a lasting impact on the future of agriculture.

Proceeds from the event will benefit local 4-H and FFA students, helping invest in the next generation of leaders, farmers, and innovators.
