These old homes are a mess especially when those who don’t have a clue take out bearing walls and pretty much leave them hanging.

At least we’re at the point where we’re back on solid ground now. New LVL headers installed and partition walls up. Plumber got a start running a new stack and drain lines to the bathroom above. Electrician removed all of the old k**b and tube wiring that was accessible, rough in wiring to follow.

Much work to be done here to get this place safe and sound.
