New patio door and deck install by Heckel Carpentry LLC. Tapping Trowel just helped with the stone work. Not too bad considering there was a much smaller window there before. Give Rob a call for your carpentry needs.

Wrapped up tearing the scaffold down for a short Saturday morning of work. The old single window would have been in the middle of the two new ones. The left sill was reclaimed off of another infill from down the street. The sun isn't helping show off the mortar match.

Someone had a slight speeding and crashing incident on the south side. Some brick were salvaged, but a new choice was needed to blend together as much as possible. Hopefully, no future crashes while things cure out.

Wrapped things up with the caulking and washing at the high school. The cap stones ranged from 300 to 400 pounds and some required special mitred angles to fit correctly. Stainless steel pins and epoxy help to anchor them in place. Now the wait for the 6 inch thick 4 foot monument stone, which may be spring time I am told. Curious how things will look when the landscapers come to fill things out.

Wrapped this one up on Tuesday. San Saba stone from Texas and white mortar that needs a few days to reach it's cure color. The hearth stone was one piece at 340 pounds. Customers did a great job with building out the hearth and designing and fabricating the mantle out of the same material as the new flooring that is being installed soon.
