Another Brook Park basement remodel done and looking good. This Brook Park basement experienced water damage and was an insurance claim. We removed the old carpet and installed a beautiful water proof laminate floor. What a great update and another happy customer. The job included the stairway, family room, office, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. Now, this basement is dry, safe, clean and beautiful. Finishing up a stairway in Brook Park. This is a typical Brook park Ranch. We gave the basement stairs an update. We opened them up to make it feel more like an additional room to the home and not just a basement. Here are some pictures of one of our latest jobs. Here are before and after pictures of another job we just recently completed. We first painted this room 7 years ago. It was painted for Ms. Banana’s nursery. We knew it was time for a make over, but it was also sad to see the old room go. This job consisted of making the closet a study nook, moving her wall TV, and adding a few extra outlets. Ms. Banana was so happy to get her big girl room with her big new desk, she wrote a thank you note. We still need to add few extra decorating details, but we definitely have a happy customer.

This job brings a tear my eye. Im sad to see Minnie and Daisy go. We first painted this room 7 years ago. This little lady decided that even though she loved her Minnie room, it was time for a make over. Ms. Brie picked the colors and helped me with all the design details. I have to say, she was pretty bossy for a non paying customer LOL. It’s a good thing we love her. It seems like just yesterday that we painted her Minnie Room and now here we are, 7 years later painting over Minnie to give our little sassy, a big girl room.
