We have worked with most of the major residential property management companies in Westchester and the Bronx. Services included site visits, cost estimates, quotations for completion of work required, assuring all permits and insurance were in place before work started, supervision of the work from start to finish upon approval of the quotation, and the interaction with co-op boards as appropriate. Architectural drawings supplied when required by nature or scope of projects. Regular communication with client to provide progress updates and assure successful completion of the projects. Residential projects ranged from painting and plastering, bathroom renovations, fencing, concrete and sidewalk repairs, repair and restoration from major storm damage, accidents, emergency repair of heating pipes, and lead paint removal and repainting of fire escapes. Regional Sales Manager for an office furniture manufacturer to sign clients from architectural firms, interior design firms, and corporate buildings. Total project management responsibility to define the scope of the project, as well as planning implementation, and post-installation review. Generated new commercial and residential projects ranging from total interior design to total space redesign, product sourcing, and restacking/reconfiguration of space.
