The finished product! Robert and RJ did such a great job on this kitchen and dining room. It was a blank slate, and the customer’s vision was brought to life. Warm, inviting, and fun!

I know it’s been a long while since we have posted, but this weather has made a slow go of redoing a kitchen with materials that can’t get wet. Here are a few of what’s going on so far. Custom cabinets, custom pantry, butcher block counter tops and bar, added the window, moved the stove to the new custom island, added a pocket door to the living room, new sheetrock and paint, and new fans/lights. Next will be painting the dining room and putting in LVP flooring. The customer is wanting a rustic kitchen but also that touch of brightness for the high ceilings.

Robert and RJ started on the house in Bronson that a car went through Easter morning. You’ll just have to take my word for now because the teenager didn’t take any after pictures. 🤦‍♀️ This will be about a month long job, so hopefully I will have more to share if RJ’s friends are interested in after pics.

Got the porch ceiling and carport on the little house in Broaddus leveled and replaced. It was full of wasp nests, an old bee hive, and had a slant of a little less than 5” from left to right. Here are a few of the before and afters. If you need anything, call or text for a quote.

Got the ceiling tore out and everything leveled up today. If the weather acts right tomorrow, we will wrap this up. Next week we will finish up the huge fence, and then it will finally be time to get the house in Bronson looking like a home instead of a tunnel.

Working on pulling and replacing the ceiling of the porch on the little Broaddus house. Found some pretty neat things in the process today.

These past couple of weeks have been full of putting posts in the ground for a huge wooden fence, building porch railings and gates, helping one of our regulars with odd jobs, and going back and forth with Allstate for the giant hole in the Bronson house (I’ll leave my commentary of that process for a later date).

Before and afters of the little house in Broaddus. We tore off and replaced the old siding, replaced the windows, added new insulation, moved the back door, and rebuilt the hot water heater closet. Next for this house we are going to level up the porch/carport roof and replace the ceiling all while dodging wasps.

A car met a house in Bronson early this morning, and we got the call to help. We scratched up what we had in the shop and got the customer patched up. We’re always ready to lend a hand when needed.

Almost done! Trim, clean up, and those amazing before and after pics will wrap up the week. Then next week will be doing a few small jobs before starting on another big one.
